Teachers

You can find a variety of different teachers, no matter where you look. You'll find teachers that are strict, nice, slack, annoying, and great. Their efficiency of teaching students varies much on their personality. A strict teacher won't be as efficient as teaching as a nice teacher, because students won't be willing to pay attention when they're stressed or frustrated in class. The opposite goes for nice teachers. People are much more willing to listen to someone that is willing to make learning easy for students, but also putting themselves in student's shoes.

I believe it is because of this that there is such a variety and range of grades. It isn't so much about the class as it is the teacher.

  1. learning also comes in many varieties, visual, hands on and reading so the teacher needs to teach in each possible way

  2. I agree, I think that it is not the teacher that needs to adapt to the student as much as the student that must adapt to the teacher.
